RENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1: MAILING A PAPER CHECK

If you are paying your rent using paper check, please mail your check containing the rent payment to the below address

Please make sure to include your name, telephone number and the address on the check.

REGARDING AMOUNT ON THE CHECK

If you do not know how much you need to pay, please reach out to us either by calling or texting us at 859-334-0085 OR emailing us at contact@lexhighstreet.com , we can let you know.

Rent checks MUST BE POST MARKED BY 5TH DAY OF THE MONTH FOR WHICH THE RENT IS BEING PAID FOR.

OPTION 2: MAKING AN ONLINE PAYMENT USING AUTO PAY

Online rent payment and Auto pay options are Enabled.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ONLINE RENT PAYMENT PORTAL, PLEASE CALL/TEXT us at 859-334-0085 OR email us at contact@lexhighstreet.com We will send you the link to the portal with your credentials to login. 

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO LOGIN, PLEASE CALL/TEXT us at 859-334-0085 OR email us at contact@lexhighstreet.com We will send you the link to the portal TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD OR GIVE YOU A TEMPORARY PASSWORD FOR YOU TO ACCESS THE PORTAL.

IMPORTANT: REGARDING Maintenance Requests:

Please call/text/email maintenance requests to above mentioned contact information. And one of our team members will reach out and address your request. We respond better to text messages. If it is a maintenance emergency, please DO NOT hesitate to call us at 859-334-0085.
